Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 August 2026

This policy explains how I (Greg, trading as Nursing Supervision) collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use this website or book a session.

Who I am

I'm a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) providing clinical supervision and leadership coaching to nurses. I am the data controller for the personal data described below. You can contact me via the WhatsApp or email links on this site.

What I collect

How I use it

Your information is used to arrange and deliver sessions, respond to enquiries, and meet my professional and legal obligations as a registered nurse (including NMC record-keeping requirements where relevant to supervision).

Session content and confidentiality

What you discuss in a supervision or coaching session is treated as confidential, in line with my professional obligations under the NMC Code. The exceptions to this are set out on the FAQ and in the Whistleblowing & Raising Concerns section of the homepage — broadly, where there is a risk of serious harm to you or others.

Who I share data with

Booking and calendar data is processed by Acuity Scheduling; payments by Stripe; sessions are delivered via Zoom. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. I do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Booking and session records are kept only as long as necessary for professional record-keeping and legal requirements, then securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact me directly using the details on this site.

ICO registration

My registration with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is currently pending. If you have a concern about how your data is handled that we can't resolve directly, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
